As a result of my relocation to another country, and the changes that came along with it, I was not able to adjust to the new commitments at work and at home. I was feeling overwhelmed with my time and tasks I needed to do.
Melissa helped me realize that I needed to change my relationship with my time-managing skills. Through that process I was able to prioritize my time, negotiate and communicate my availability with others. I feel that the coaching experience impacts not only my relationship with my time, but also to myself and others.
